Set on the northern shores of the Dead Sea at the lowest point on Earth, this deluxe resort, built in traditional village style, offers luxurious rooms, a range of outlets, first-class meeting and leisure facilities featuring the renowned ZARA Spa.

With about ten different room categories to choose from, you can either choose a room in the main building, the village or the beachfront with mountain, garden or sea view. Our rooms also vary in size, decor and furnishing. The resort has a total of 358 rooms, of which over two-thirds are smoking; there are non-smoking rooms on several floors and blocks. All rooms have either a balcony or a terrace; interconnecting rooms and rooms for physically challenged are also available.
Despite the antique look of the village, all 358 rooms are luxuriously furnished in warm and natural colours. The latest Beach Rooms and Beach Suites are contemporary with modern furnishings and large terraces. Self-controlled air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct-dial phone, coffee and tea-making facilities, hairdryer, minibar and a safe are standard fittings in every room. |

Al Saraya, in the main resort building, has a Mediterranean country kitchen ambiance with garden terrace, warm stonework, arched windows and tiled floors. The restaurant offers all-day à la carte or buffet dining Enjoy our sumptuous buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner, with Oriental carved market carts and live cooking stations. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available.
Luigi's - located in the Village Square, this cheerful, airy eatery features a traditional wood-fired pizza oven and a range of Italian specialities such as home-made pasta. There is an amazing Grappa selection and a delightful ambiance. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available.
Chopsticks - A sophisticated Asian restaurant located in the Village Square. Decorated in warm colours with natural straw and bamboo chairs and authentic Chinese atmosphere. Create your own main course by selecting a combination of raw ingredients and sauces for your individual Mongolian Wok cooking station. Relax on the semi-terrace overlooking the Dead Sea or the Village Square.
The Grill- A gourmet steak house located in the Village Square. Savour exquisite meats, poultry or fish, grilled to perfection. Relax over a candlelit dinner at an intimate table under the stone arches or on the terrace.
Beach Lounge - A stylish open-air pool bar and restaurant, serving a variety of refreshing drinks and light dishes. Lunch service is available until 17:00. During the summer months dinner is served until 22:30.
Al Khayyam Bar and Al Hana Lounge - A delightful Arabian setting in which to enjoy your favourite drink, delicious cocktail or light snack. Located in the main resort building with a terrace overlooking the magical River Valley and the Dead Sea. Enjoy live entertainment every evening, with belly dancers and live music during the winter months.
Valley Café and Bar - A cosy traditional Arabian Gahwah (coffee house), the Valley Cafe serves light snacks, Mövenpick Premium Ice Cream, tea and coffee. Relax and enjoy live entertainment every evening during the summer, or taste an aromatic shisha (water pipe) at any time of year. During the summer months there’s live entertainment every evening, with belly dancers and live music.
The Splash - Refreshing drinks, a wide variety of snacks or a mouth-watering Mövenpick Premium Ice Cream of your choice served around the resort’s main swimming pools. Bask under the sun beside the pool or on the terrace overlooking the Dead Sea, or sip a cooling cocktail at the outdoor pool bar.
