The food`s quality is based upon selected basic products: South Tyrolean quality meat with guaranteed origin, salads and vegetables from the Isarco Valley farmers, butter, dairy products and local types of cheese from a small specialised dairy farm in the Puster Valley. "Quelle Vital" for gourmets
The quality of our dishes is rooted in exquisite ingredients. South Tyrolean quality meat with guaranteed origin, salads and vegetables from Eisacktaler vegetable farmers, butter, dairy products and native cheeses from a small dairy farm in Puster valley.
We are happy to assist you with any special dietary needs and requests.
In addition to the four gourmet menus we serve our health conscious guests a "Belvita Vital Menu" with delicacies with at most 850 calories.
Quelle-Vital means...
- daily hearty breakfast buffet with freshly squeezed fruit juices, fresh organic bread, fruit station, and warm dishes from our open kitchen
- daily light afternoon snacks, Italian appetizers, salads

Note: St. Magdalena is so isolated that it is not listed in the route planning. Ausserpichl/ Colle di Fuori is located 5 km before St. Magdalena. Drive towards Taisten / Gsiesertal end you will easily get to Hotel Quelle.
