Three restaurants, a bar and a coffee house pamper guests with a first-class, gastronomic range. The hotel's first address for connoisseurs is the gourmet restaurant La Belle Epoque, awarded 15 points by GaultMillau. Head chef Kevin Fehling, who has already displayed his culinary skills in such renowned restaurants as the Schwarzwaldstuben (Traube Tonbach), tempts his guests with delicacies such as fried scallops with black truffle, parsnip purée and parsley emulsion, grilled sea bass with stuffed Calamaretti, saffron fennel and Chorizo oil or chocolate pudding of Valrhona couverture on pineapple compote with coconut ice cream and After Eight espuma.
Restaurant Il Giardino is Mediterranean in both design and cuisine; in its show cooking, guests experience at first hand how fresh products are composed to form light, healthy dishes.
Freshly-caught fish, delicate crustaceans and selected wines are served in the Fischmarkt restaurant, which cultivates genuine, regional cuisine in an informal, maritime atmosphere. A glazed show area also transforms the kitchen into a stage in this establishment.
The coffee house, offering seating for 24guests and two attractive terraces, was reopened in 2005. 30 types of ice cream, flavoured coffee specialities, legendary brownies, irresistible pralines and other of the in-house pâtisserie's delicacies are served here.
The hotel bar, Seven C‘s Club, is the right place to round off a successful day's business with a single malt or a luxury cigar, or to enjoy the hustle and bustle on the promenade.
