Juice Bar you will find a range of healthy and balanced gastronomic
choices. We would particularly mention the “smoothies”, freshly
squeezed juices and vegetarian sandwiches.

Taking its inspiration from the innovative concept of “show cooking”,
the Porto Novo Restaurant presents the best in Traditional Portuguese
Cuisine. Through the mastery of our renowned Chef, Jerónimo Ferreira,
you can enjoy the old flavors of wood stove cooking, fresh fish and
seafood and international specialties, prepared in our tandoori and
rotisserie. As well as the seasonal menus, diners may also choose
from a daily selection of Chefs suggestions.
The restaurant has a glazed wine cellar, which you can go into to
appreciate and choose from a huge selection of Portuguese and
international wines. Porto Novo has a capacity for 120 covers,
which in summer, when we open the terrace, is increased to 180.
New Yorker Bar

You will find the atmosphere in the “New Yorker” bar, situated in the
Hotel lobby. With its vast range of drinks and wines by the glass, as

can delight in the flavor of a Port wine at the same time as enjoying
a magnificent view over the hotel garden. |
