The new year is still young and fresh and who does not start with a number of good firm intentions? Everybody mean something, what it is worth to change and to improve. And also this year one intends tightly, to realize these good intentions also definitely. One, however, should not overstrain himself, because exactly this means stress- and specially this one is necessary to avoid as it is possible!
Avoid stress
What is stress exactly and what are its consequences:
Stress is an expression for load and strain of the whole organism. At first the physical reactions always take place at once: Stress hormones (e.g. adrenalin) are produced increased the consequence is a blood pressure increase. Further reactions are individually different. Possible consequences are headaches, sleeplessness, heart-troubles, stomach pains, diarrhea, irritated skin, allergies, hardenings or tensenesses.
What you can do:
- Do not resolve too much because stress also arises from too high requirements on himself
- Plan your time, write down your appointments and include also sufficient breaks
- Study to say no
- Set yourself targets, in small steps step by step
- Include sufficient time in your plans for family and friends
- Provide for sufficient diversion, such as yoga, Qi gong or also a restful diversion bath
- Convert your stress in a physical activity. To do sports or also to go for a walk
- are ideal to reduce stress
- Provide for sufficient sleep
- Create yourself calming influences at home (such as in the bath with beautiful accessories, music and candlelight)
- Providefor a warm pleasant ambient light in the complete living area
- And retire into your reading corner. Reading is purely diversion
However note: a certain degree of stress is useful to be able to generate certain activties because the complete organism is put into alert.
Do sports
- Jogging belongs to the healthiest sports. It strengthens the musculature and invigorates heart and circulation.
- Jogging is suitable to increase your physical fitness and to burn calories. Jogging is very healthy and reduces the danger to fall ill by civilization illnesses
- The calorie consumption while jogging is high: approx. 700 kcal per hour

- A meal in nice atmosphere means quality of life
- Eat yourself happy with fresh fruits such as pineapple, papaya and bananas
- Drink yourself fitly, 2- 3 litres per day at water or fruit juice spritzer
Allow yourself timeouts

There are numerous spoiling programmes meanwhile so that everbody can find the suitable for himself. Certain preferences for different applications can finally be fulfilled now. Important is here, however: Less is often more. Not exaggerating. Too many applications within short time menas stress and exactly that we want to avoid.
Make such spa days regularly, this is more effective.
