You choose between old and new running sports in the North Sea physical fitness park: Wandering, Walking, Nordic-Walking, Jogging or half marathon- completely according to your own wish and finish.
Movement as required

The frequency range of the individual variants is, however, as flexible as the movement need of the individual runners. Since every show-jumping course is laid out as a circuit, you can deduce the ways arbitrarily with each other and follow your own ideal way so. If you like sociability, we recommend the participation in our regular run meetings. When required experienced run coaches suit you aside, moreover.
The climate "runs"
The coastal climate makes an imperceptibly but highest effective contribution to the run training in the North Sea physical fitness park.
