Fit in autumn

Fit in autumn

The days get shorter and the evenings longer. The temperetaure in the early morning hours decreasing noticeably- the autumn is coming.

With increasing darkness and autumn weather also sporting activities decrease in the free nature. But just in autumn we are extremely delicate opposite illnesses. For coming through the autumn and winter fitly and healthily you should notice some things, no matter whether operating yourself in physical activities or not. On movement you should not do without in any case and, if allows the weather, go in nature and breathe the fresh air.

Walks are less exhausting but very healthy, at jogging you should choose a slower speed to accustom the breathing organs to the cold air. Ideal just now in the atumn is the Nordic Walking because it does not charges too strong the organism. Sports which are carried out in halls or rooms would be an alternative. Of course we must not forget our physical fitness centres, climbing halls or swimming baths and sauna worlds either.

To find a balanced training for our body we should vote a mixture from
- training and load
- relaxation and diversion
- stretching and a full and rich in vitamins nutrition

A major part of the the sports driving persons in Germany underdestimate the importance of this training division, primarily that one of the diversion and relaxation. A reason more for all sporting and unathletic people to use saunas, massages, solaria and light therapy centres. These serve not only our diversion and relaxation anyway but also strengthen our body's defences, promote the regeneration of our connective tissues and also be able to seem positive to our blood pressure.

Sauna- healthily sweating
One knew of the agreeable effect of saunas already in the antiquity. Used correctly regular sauna corridors strengthen our body's defences and bring us so healthily and fitly through autumn and winters.

Create yourselves a warm well feeling atmosphere in your home.
Work with light and with smells. The nose is particularly sensitive by the irritated mucous membranes of the nose. Organize a celebration of the smells for your nose. Warm smells like vanilla and cinnamon, wooden smells like sandalwood spoil the nose and beguile the senses. Your body and your soul will owe it to you with welfare feeling and elevated atmosphere.

Furthermore also allow yourselves the necessary diversion. Small timeouts, like a sauna visit or a Spa weekend in a Spa hotel of your choice. All our Spa hotels offer special programmes to keep fit in autumn.
