Gentle gong blows surround me and agreeable vibrations flow through my
complete body. Almost mystical atmosphere spreads the big gong directly in front of me. Every fibre of mine is reached, I feel unspeakably free and relaxed so as if a knot comes loose.
Would not Harald, my therapist say quietly, as you feel now, I probably would lay for hours, completely weightlessly on the mattress, let in on the ground.
Sound bowl therapy? Humbug? NO-
Harald explains to me that all blockades are solved in the body and the energies can flow through this again.
He makes clear to me where my weak points lie .
Yes- he hits the mark.
Who would like to get to know the world of the sound bowls is lifted very well here in the beautiful Stubaital in the Spa hotel Jagdthof.

The Sanshui ceremony is a newness and in Austria exclusive. This combination from Asian well-being art and the modern aromatherapy
strengthen the endogenous energies and wake very own natural strengths by gentle depth diversion.
But also in the area of classic applications nothing is missing. Exclusive face and body treatments with 8 different cosmetics companies, thalasso, smelling baths and spinal column therapies are offered.
After my freeing sound bowl massage I float almost like a nature from another sphere into the " Jagdhof`s world of vitality".
A 2000 m ² Spalandscape only for me. The morning is the best time for this since the majority of the guests is on the ski run.
At first I am almost "overtaxed".
Fountains of youth with sub-water music, water-beds, Aqua meditation, Tepidarium, Laconium, cisterne, herbal bath, Kneipp circular pool, salt water inhalatio grotto, amethyst steam bath grotto, salina, poachers sauna etc.
In favour for what shall I decide?
But it is still nice to have the choice of the pain anyway and fortunately I have time for several days- time for this breathtaking, set up in an alpine style Spa landscape.
So a pair of trains in the heated outer pool and a relaxphase on the water-bed with look to the "starry sky" must suffice for today.
The Spa Jagdhof has already received several awards for its exclusive Spa area. Among other things in the year 2005 the Spa Trophy of the hotel union relais & chateaux. Awarded out of over 400 hotels for his excellently Spa and beauty area.
Without having seen the other 399 I also would award the Jagdhof vitality world with a maximum assessment.
Everything is coherent. Luxury and comfort in every area and this completely without the otherwise often usual stiffness of a 5 stars hotel. The owner family Pfurtscheller has great influence on the atmosphere of the house and has kept its individuality and cosy atmosphere.
My little family and me were so cordially and courteously never welcomed in a hotel before. All employees in the house always have a smile readily from the cook up to the chambermaid.
Our suite, the Jagdhof suite is a dream like which one would never dream it to an end. Tyrolean cosy atmosphere in conjunction with comfort of the home at the highest level donates us well-beeing purely. Among other things an earthy tiled stove sitting area for comfortable hours in the evening and a sauna as a quite private sweating room are part of the equipment.
A large balcony and a large window front make a magnificent panorama possible on the imposing mountain massif of the Stubaier glacier.
Altogether, the Jagdhof has 70 rooms and these are all of them small and great suites. There are not conventional double rooms.
Austria's biggest glacier lures year-roundly skiers from all the world.
So also we:
We as confessed skiers get a shining into the eyes when reaching the top station. Fresh snow, easy and gripping drive and sparkling in the April sun more perfectly.
What could crown this day still more?
Alone the know that the day will end in the Spa Jagdhof.
By its special position in a whole annual skiing area and its good accessibility with car and aeroplane the jagdhof is also visited by many international guests.

But also for not skiers the Stubaital has a lot to offer. Walking, mountaineering, riding, fishing, paragliding.etc.
In the hotel is an extensive sports and vital supply availably such as Qi gong, yoga, Nordic Walking, Spinning, Aquafitness. The right procedure is conveyed by informed staff of course. Fitness checks, training diagnosis up to the measuring of the body composition are possible. Sportreha in the frame of the personal training is completely new. The greatest value is attached to quality also in this area.
Sports and diversion, all beautiful and well, but may be this all?
My stomach answers and I look forward expectantly to the dinner.

Over the kitchen of the Jagdhof there is nothing else to say when magnificent.
The family Pfurtscheller disposes of an own 7000 m ² big hunting ground and a sheep farming of its own which manifests itself in the daily dishes. The most delicate venison, natural products from a production of one's own, outstanding cooks who understand its skilled crafts and a considerable wine cellar making the hotel- or rather the Jagdhof pleasure perfect.

also this is possible after arrangement here.
After 4 days of luxurious diversion and pleasure with much cosy atmosphere, charm and character it is clear for us, we come back.
In futrure a journey into the Stubaital is mandatorily connected with a stay in the Jagdhof- or contrary?!
The Spa Jagdhof is ideal for a well feeling holiday in a twosome and with family.
