Marinated prawns and lobster in thyme honey

Ingredients

Recipe for 4 persons
400 g of prawns
300 g of lobster tails
Marinade for inserting
300 ml of olive oil
1 TL basil, fine cut
1 TL mint, fine cut
1 TL parsley, fine cut
1 TL dill, fine cut
80 g onion, fine cut
80 g peppers red, into cubes
80 g peppers yellow, into cubes
salt, pepper
100 ml thyme honey
juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Making the prawns boil in a pot with water. Bringing the lobster tails to the boil in a second pot. Have both cooled down and peel the prawns, keep the head and tail. Peel the lobster tails and cut up into slices. Keeping prawns and lobsters into different bowls. Mixing a marinade from the remaining ingredients and filling the prawns and lobster bowl up with that. Letting both go in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Distributing the prawns and lobster tails on four plates, putting on green salad leaves and the marinade giving about this. Serve as a cold starter .
