Smoked tuna on vegetable spaghetti with rucula and its pesto

Ingredients

160 g of smoked tuna cut into fine plates
180 g of vegetable spaghetti from carrots, courgettes, pumpkin as well as some seedlings
60 g of rucula
20 g of rucula pesto
3 tbsp of olive oil
1.5 tbsp of vinegar after choice
Salt and pepper, parmesan planed down

Preparation

Sauté briefly the vegetable spaghetti in a warmed pan and distributing attractive on a plate. Causing the smoked tuna on this. Sprinkling some sautéed seedlings and a little fresh rucula. Marinading with a marinade out of vinegar, oil and spices. Let running in a little rucula pesto and serving immediately.
