HARMONY Centre for Traditional Chinese Medicine. Traditional Chinese
medicine (TCM) is one of the oldest systems of healing. It is a form of
medicine which focuses on both prevention and healing. Our Chinese
specialists Dr. Lu und Dr. Tang are pleased to answer any questions and
will prepare a fitting treatment only for your special needs.

Arabella Spa - Thalassotherapie
The sea, “thalassa”, is still very much a mystery to us, yet its healing
properties are renowned. In ancient times, the Egyptians, the Greeks
and the Romans all recognised the benefits of harnessing the combined
power of the sea, the sun, and hydroid elements, using them to promote
beauty and well-being.

Thalasso therapy helps to cure stress, the symptoms of ageing, and
cellulite while restoring the balance of our body cells which has been

Treatments

The entire spa area is professionally managed by spa manger Rena Karisa with the assistance of trained and qualified therapists in the fields of thalasso therapy and physiotherapy, as well as pool attendants and beauticians. The selection of treatments on offer at the beauty farm range from classical facials to special moisture treatments, manicures, pedicures and massages.

The high quality cosmetic products of Algotherm are used in the Arabella Spa.

Fitness & Sports

Any guests wishing to keep up with their fitness programmes while on holiday or hoping for a welcome chance to exercise at the hotel will appreciate the generously proportioned cardio-room with its high-tech gym fitness apparatus, specially designed to be gentle to the joints. There, fitness instructor Mr. Mike Arndt, licensed in Sport Science, will introduce all interested guests into the fitness world.
