o Mystery Treatment
The energy of the five elements – the magic of the four seasons. The secret of vitality for body and soul lies in the finely-tuned interaction of the five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Overlapping treatment phases transport the guests away from the daily grind to a world of illusions.
o La Luna
The moon is the determining element of La Luna. Depending on the rhythm of the moon and your star sign, the bath, massage and a visit to the crystal sauna combine to have a different effect: revitalising, purifying or relaxing. Following “warm-up” in the crystal sauna with glowing precious stones, you go in the “Boffi sandstone monolith pool” with a bath of aromatic oil, herbs or petals, whilst the moon follows its course across the night sky. Your very own star sign shines above you as you lie on the massage lounger, with over 3,000 spots of light shining in the sky.
• Vitaltempel
An exclusive adventure sauna complex spreads out over an area of 3,000 m2. Designed in the style of Ancient Rome, it allows wellness fans to travel back in time.

• Stille Alm
In the “Stille Alm” with its fantastic panorama across the mountains, guests can unwind to the sound of selected wellness music and relax in pleasantly warm waterbeds.
• Stille Hochalm
This exceptional relaxation area has been erected “on top” of the Alpenrose, i.e. on the sixth floor, and offers an incredible panorama of the Tyrolean mountains. Against the background of selected music, unwind and relax following a treatment from the substantial range of wellness services. Over an area of 200 m², the Stille Hochalm has 24 water beds made from Swiss stone pine inviting you to dream the day into night… |
Spa and beauty farm
From the classical face, neck and décolleté treatments through to de-luxe treatments such as “Perle de Caviar”, the beauty farm fulfils your every desire… Only exclusive, high-quality care products from renowned brands such as Maria Galland Paris, Ingrid Millet and Ligne St. Barth (winner of the World Spa Award) are used. Applications especially for “him”, however, are for his eyes only: power, relax & vital or anti-stress, the special deals are tailor-made especially for his demands. |

• Fit & Fun House
The Fit & Fun House, flooded with light and covering an area of 450 m2, houses the multi award-winning “SELECTION and EXCITE LINE” Technogym equipment, and includes supervision by certified sports instructors. The Biomotion technique even makes it easy for people with restricted ability to move to train on the apparatus. A wide range of various exercises and gymnastics – from aquarobics through to Thai Bo and even various types of aerobic exercise – are offered by certified instructors as part of the weekly programme. In order to work out individual, specially-adapted training programmes, the latest health and stamina checks are carried out. There is a Kneipp nature trail around the Fit & Fun House, which invites you to participate in a gentle, natural training programme according to Reverend Kneipp’s tried-and-tested methods.
• Kinesis training
New to the Alpenrose – found only twice throughout the whole of Austria: The new Kinesis room with three-dimensional training taught by expert certified sports instructors. The latest equipment aided by monitors move the pivot joints, training entire chains of muscles. The locomotor system is professionally activated and strengthened, professionally and effectively in line with the very latest methods. |
