Ayurveda is a 5,000-year old Indian healing system which provides for perfect harmony between body, mind and soul. Treat yourself to an exclusive sensation of well-being and benefit from the Ayurveda weeks at the Klosterbräu!
Our experienced therapists have deepened their specialist knowledge during numerous study visits and trainings in Austria and abroad. All treatments have been specially adapted to suit our spa area. Take the opportunity and become acquainted with the ancient Indian healing system of Ayurveda. During our presentations you will find out about the concept of Ayurveda, and both your body and soul will be pampered and spoilt.
Services included:
- Presentation: introduction into Ayurveda, Ayurvedic system of treatment
- Determination of your Dosha (constitution type) – during a personal consultation you will receive your schedule for your treatments.
We will schedule with you the following days’ appointments.
- You will receive Abhyanga treatments, a Marma-point massage, Udara, Upanaha Svedana, Padabhyanga, Haathabhyanga, Garshan and Shir-Abhyanga treatments according to your Dosha.
- 2 or 4 treatments during your stay
