Take the motorway from Basel, Geneva or Zurich towards Bern and follow the signs for Spiez. From here there is a comfortable 30 min. drive via Frutigen to Adelboden.
From Germany/France or Northwest Switzerland: Motorway A2 (Basel-Bern) and Motorway A6 (Bern-Spiez)
From France or Western Switzerland: Motorway A1 (Geneva-Lausanne), Motorway A12 (Lausanne-Bern), Motorway A6 (Bern-Spiez).
From Italy or the Tessin: Domodossola-Iselle-Simplon-Brig-Goppenstein-Kandersteg-Frutigen (Car-Rail Lötschberg)
From Austria/Germany or Eastern Switzerland: Motorway A1 (Zurich-Bern), Motorway A6 (Bern-Spiez)
By train
There are daily connections by Eurocity, Intercity and Euronight trains from Swiss and European cities direct to Frutigen. From here there is a 30 min. direct transfer by bus to Adelboden.
