Le Moulin:
Open from 6:30am to 10:30am and from 7:00pm to 23:00pm, - seating 370
“Le Moulin” is inspired of old sugar mill and guests may enjoy sumptuous buffet breakfast where a large choice of
tropical fruits is combined with warm dishes including delicious fresh homemade waffles and pancakes. In the
evening, the atmosphere is transformed into something more intimate with different theme buffet several times a
week.
Le Camaron:
Open from 12:00 to 16:00 – seating 150
“Le Camaron”, reminding of camarons pond farming, set up in sugar cane plantation from the early 17th century,
serves light dishes, fresh fish and seafood on the beach. For diner, the Chef organizes also from time to time
spectacular beach barbecue diners in a relaxing atmosphere.
La Grand Caze:
Open from 7:00pm to 10:30pm – seating 60
“La Grand Caze”, the plantation owner’s house in Creole, has given its name to the gourmet restaurant which takes
place in a very elegant colonial house. Innovative food created with a selection of the finest local ingredients
associated with all the flavors of Mauritius offers a unique dining experience.

Open from 10:00am to midnight.
