Good morning …
at the extensive and newly designed breakfast buffet, open until 11 am. Refreshing fruit and vitamin juices, a varied vital corner, tasty local cuts of cold meat, a tempting selection on crusty bread rolls, jams, spreads and freshly prepared breakfast specialities get you ready for a good start into the new day.
Lunch in our conservatory and on the garden terrace …
If you decide not to spend the whole day on the mountain, you can enjoy our attractive lunch buffet. Choose from a wide range of starters and salads, delicious main courses and pasta dishes –all for € 15.
And in between …
In the afternoon, we invite you to some home-baked cake, South Tyrolean and healthy snacks from the buffet.
Culinary delights in the evening …
Choose from our stylish and varied 4 and 5 course gourmet menus à la carte and enjoy the culinary ADLER highlights. We also serve you calorie-conscious vital dishes. In addition, there is a wide range to choose from at the salad, cheese and dessert buffet each day.
An evening with ADLER highlights and music:

You can reach the Hotel ADLER easily by car.
From North or South via the Brennero motorway A22, exit Chiusa/Klausen – Val Gardena/Gröden. Just follow the signs to Val Gardena.
Once arrived in Ortisei, follow the yellow routing-signs that lead You right to Your holiday destination, the Hotel ADLER. The hotels main entrance is located in the pedestrian area.
Intercity and Eurocity trains stop in Bolzano and Bressanone. There are regular bus connections from these railway stations to Ortisei/Val Gardena.

Low-cost transfer is available from Bolzano Airport to the hotel and back. |
