Bad Griesbach is located in Lower Bavaria's Rottal (Rot valley) – an area boasting hot thermal springs, which is also called "Bavaria's Tuscany" thanks to its gentle, hilly landscape.

Unusual architecture is combined with high-quality interior design: Each of the 105 rooms has a balcony or terrace, shower bath and separate WC, CD player and modern TV set. The ultimate in rooms is the tower suite, offering a roof-top terrace, walk-in wardrobe, dining table, cosy seating arrangement and bathroom with a large corner bath tub. |
Four different restaurants and bars demonstrate the hotel's culinary class. The main restaurant is the “Galleria”, offering a wide range from the vital breakfast buffet to the evening dinner arrangement.
Mexican restaurant “El Sotano” enjoys a legendary reputation throughout the entire region, thrilling its many fans not only with Mexican/Spanish cuisine, but also with over 100 cocktails and special events such as salsa courses or Latin disco nights.
From September 2005 onwards, particularly pampered palates will find a new, à la carte restaurant called “Il Giardino” offering gourmet cuisine in the resort's winter garden.
The hot-spot for night owls since April 2005 has been the “Seven C’s Club”, offering 77 types of whiskey, 15 brands of champagne, classic cocktails and fine Davidoff cigars, with a wide selection of white and red wines, mineral waters and draught beers plus small, fine food creations. |
